Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist II to support our client's Patient Service Center in Riverside, MO. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced phlebotomist with strong patient-care and specimen-collection skills.

• Location: 2906 NW Vivion Rd, Riverside, MO 64150
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central
• Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
• Job Type: Contract

Job Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and blood collections accurately and efficiently.
• Perform pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive patient experience.
• Verify patient information and properly label specimens.
• Process and handle specimens according to laboratory procedures.
• Accurately enter patient and specimen information into computer systems.
• Follow all safety, infection-control, and compliance procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Handle difficult draws and provide appropriate support to patients during the collection process.
• Communicate effectively with patients, coworkers, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Experience with pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• 2 years of Patient Service Center experience preferred.
• Customer service experience in a retail or service environment highly preferred.
• Keyboarding and data-entry experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and patient safety.
