Clean Room AssemblerWe are seeking detail-oriented Clean Room Assemblers for a medical manufacturing environment producing plastic tubing, syringes, and other life-saving components used in cardiovascular and bypass surgery procedures. This role plays a critical part in manufacturing products that directly impact patient care and surgical outcomes. This is a highly hands-on assembly position requiring exceptional dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to perform repetitive hand assembly work while maintaining strict quality standards. Candidates who enjoy precision work and take pride in producing high-quality products thrive in this environment.ResponsibilitiesAssemble plastic tubing, syringes, connectors, and medical device components.Perform detailed hand assembly using small parts.Follow standardized work instructions and manufacturing procedures.Conduct visual inspections and quality checks throughout production.Identify defects and non-conforming products.Maintain documentation and production records.Work within clean room and controlled manufacturing environments.Package, label, and prepare finished products.Ensure compliance with quality standards and GMP requirements.Maintain a clean and organized workstation.Follow all safety and manufacturing guidelines.Essential SkillsDexterity and fine motor skills for repetitive hand assembly work.Experience in Clean Room Assembly and Medical Device Assembly.Ability to conduct microscope and visual inspections.Knowledge of GMP, SOP, and FDA regulated manufacturing.Attention to detail and precision assembly capabilities.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in catheter, tubing, syringe, and device assembly.Familiarity with batch records, work instructions, and label verification.Documentation skills for maintaining production records.Experience in packaging and kitting.Why Work Here?Join a team dedicated to producing life-saving medical components in an environment that values precision and quality. The clean room/GMP manufacturing environment requires seated work for approximately 80% of the shift, involving repetitive hand movements and fine motor skills throughout the day.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arab, AL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.50 - $15.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
