Operations Administrative Assistant

This job was posted by : For more information, please see: Working in coordination with our CKCC administrative team, the Operations Administrative Assistant makes a signification contribution to programming. Prepares fiscal and program reports, completes data entry, and assists Director and intensive supervision officers with critical duties. Skill set knowledge of accounting, administrative and secretarial capabilities, proficiency in verbal and written communications, ability to defuse potential issues, respects the confidential nature of work. Expectation exercises initiative, independent judgment, delegates duties as directed. High School Diploma or GED equivalent and two years of secretarial-related experience or advanced professional education is preferred. Successful applicant must pass drug screen, physical assessment and have a valid Kansas drivers license. Compensation starts at no less than $21.61 per hour.
