A growing primary care practice in Stockton, CA is seeking an NP or PA for a full-time, four-day workweek outpatient role — Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, three-day weekends every week, no nights, no weekends, no on-call. You'll care for patients of all ages in a friendly outpatient setting backed by an on‑site medical director, with relocation assistance available and easy reach of Sacramento, the East Bay, Modesto, and Tracy. This is an early‑stage practice — you help shape how things run rather than inherit someone else's system.
