On-Site Property Maintenance Technician

RPM Living

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and keep the property interiors and exteriors clean and well-kept. You will handle routine tasks, respond to work orders, and support make-ready preparations for new residents. The role requires physical activity outdoors, knowledge of groundskeeping and basic repairs, and the ability to operate equipment such as power washers and floor scrubbers.
