We are seeking a motivated Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its expanding legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about representing injured workers and helping clients navigate every stage of the workers' compensation process.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling New York workers' compensation matters from intake through resolution. Whether you're an experienced practitioner or a developing attorney looking to grow your career in a supportive environment, this role offers meaningful client interaction, courtroom experience, and long-term professional development.

Qualifications

• Admission to the New York Bar in good standing
• 2+ years of workers' compensation experience preferred (all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply)
• Knowledge of New York Workers' Compensation Law and Board procedures
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and client communication skills
• Ability to independently manage a caseload while working collaboratively with the legal team
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

What You'll Do

• Manage a caseload of New York workers' compensation claims from inception through resolution
• Represent injured workers before the New York Workers' Compensation Board
• Conduct hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations
• Prepare legal filings, motions, and appeals as needed
• Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding case strategy and developments
• Work closely with attorneys and support staff to achieve successful outcomes for clients
