Foster Care Case Manager

Foster Care Case Manager (Full-time) Do you enjoy advocating for children? Would you like to make a difference in children's lives? Pay range: $42,000-$45,000 Join our team! As a case manager, you will make timely, independent decisions to support children and families with medical, educational, emotional, and social services. You will coordinate critical resources, ensure 24/7 emergency availability, lead family meetings, and guide families toward long-term permanency goals. This role involves regular in-home visits, close collaboration with caregivers, courts, and community partners, and a strong commitment to documentation and outcome tracking. Transportation, legal support, and attending court are also essential duties. Ultimately, you help ensure each child's safety, stability, and long-term success. Bachelor's degree in social work, drug and alcohol education, counseling, psychology, education, sociology, or criminal justice. Minimum of one year of professional employment in the delivery of protective social services, family preservation services, or targeted case management services in a public or private agency. Demonstrated experience as a positive contributor in a close team and community relationship, and with community resource mobilization.
