The ideal candidate will have experience in user management, security, automation, reporting, dashboards, and Salesforce configuration while collaborating with business stakeholders to improve processes and ensure data quality. Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Configure and customize Salesforce using declarative tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Custom Objects.
- Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for business users.
- Implement automation using Salesforce Flow and Process Automation.
- Manage data imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication using Data Loader or similar tools.
- Support Salesforce releases, testing, deployments, and system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide timely resolution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Maintain documentation, user guides, and system configurations.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration and platform configuration.
- Experience with user management, security model, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Workflow automation.
- Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and custom fields/objects.
- Experience with data management tools such as Data Loader.
- Understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations using APIs and third-party applications.
- Familiarity with AppExchange applications.
- Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning components.
- Experience with DevOps tools and change management.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of Salesforce Administration experience.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is preferred.
- Additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder are a plus.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge of CRM best practices and business process optimization.
- Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Familiarity with integration tools such as MuleSoft or Informatica is an advantage.
