Private Equity Real Estate Asset Manager, Multifamily
CBRE Group, Inc.
CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management professional to oversee a national equity multifamily portfolio in the Atlanta area. You will lead analysts, coordinate with partners, and drive portfolio performance.
You will prepare investor reports, coach junior staff, monitor financials, ensure loan compliance, and travel about 20% to properties. The role requires collaboration with sponsors, borrowers and field partners.
