Home Health - RN/LVN Clinical Outreach Coordinator- Sales/Marketing Full-time Brookdale. Bringing new life to senior living. We are looking for an RN who has an interest in a career change into Home Health Marketing. Our candidate must be familiar with the Houston Medical Center and District. Key responsibilities include: Overall coordination of business development and education of patients, insurance companies, physicians, hospitals, nurses, community resources, other health care specialists and the local community Ensuring continuity of care, smooth interaction, and communication between all involved in patient care activities Managing all aspects of organization marketing including managing the members of the marketing team Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources and responding to customer requests and concerns In conjunction with the Director of Hospice Professional Services, developing home health programs in the general community Major Medical Dental Vision Flexible Spending Account Short-term Disability Long-term Disability 401(K) with Company Match Life Insurance Tuition Reimbursement Paid Vacation & Holidays Continuing Education License Reimbursement We seek the following principal qualifications: RN or LVN Must have an interest in Sales and Marketing and willing to train and develop in this area Familiarity with health care reimbursement Effective interpersonal skills in relating to physicians, other health specialists in the community, management, and co-workers both over the phone and in person All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
