Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Bilingual English/Spanish)

 

Location: Ontario, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Onsite)
Compensation: $26.00–$28.00 per hour + Performance-Based Bonus
Travel: Approximately 15% domestic and international travel

 

About the Role

PetPals Group Inc. is a growing leader in the pet products industry, partnering with suppliers, distributors, and retailers worldwide. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support sales growth, customer relationships, marketing initiatives, product launches, and trade show activities. This position combines sales coordination and customer account support with marketing and promotional activities. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to sales, marketing, international business, product management, and business development within a growing organization. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Account Support

• Support wholesale, retail, and direct import customer accounts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide timely follow-up.
• Prepare quotations, presentations, product information, and customer proposals.
• Assist with sales reporting, forecasting, account analysis, and growth initiatives.
• Support customer meetings, product presentations, and promotional activities.
• Help achieve sales goals through exceptional customer service and account support.

Marketing & Promotional Activities

• Create PowerPoint presentations, product sheets, and sales support materials.
• Assist with product promotions, marketing campaigns, and customer communications.
• Support new product launches by coordinating product information, images, packaging details, and marketing content.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Marketing teams to support branding and promotional initiatives.

Trade Shows & Events

• Assist with planning and execution of trade shows, customer events, and industry exhibitions.
• Coordinate logistics, travel arrangements, booth preparation, and event materials.
• Attend domestic and international trade shows as needed.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and sales opportunities generated from events.

Order & Product Coordination

• Process customer orders and maintain accurate records in ERP/OMS systems.
• Coordinate with warehouse, accounting, logistics, and overseas teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor order status, shipments, and customer requirements while resolving issues.
• Assist with new product setup and maintenance, including specifications, UPCs, packaging information, images, and product descriptions.
• Maintain organized customer files, sales records, and supporting documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, account management, customer service, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience with ERP, OMS, CRM, or similar business systems preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 15%).
• Experience in consumer products, wholesale distribution, retail, e-commerce, or the pet industry is a plus.
