As a Security Officer CPR Certified Patrol in Ashburn, VA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout lobbies, corridors, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry points, observe property conditions, and communicate with building management and/or first responders when needed regarding security-related concerns.
• Complete incident reports, activity logs, and/or daily documentation while supporting access control procedures and customer service expectations for the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
