Commercial Property Manager (5797)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join our client's team in Orlando, FL . This is an onsite, Direct Hire position. SALARY: $70,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience) Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. REQUIREMENTS:

3+ years of commercial property management experience Retail/shopping center property management experience strongly preferred Experience managing tenant relationships, vendors, and property operations Strong knowledge of building maintenance, including HVAC, roofing, repairs, Landscaping, and vendor coordination Ability to independently manage a portfolio and prioritize multiple issues Excellent communication skills with the ability to hold tenants and vendors accountable

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage a portfolio of retail commercial properties across Central Florida Serve as primary contact for tenants, vendors, and ownership Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and inspections Coordinate with service providers such as HVAC, landscaping, roofing, and contractors Address tenant concerns promptly and efficiently Monitor rent collections and follow up on tenant obligations Conduct property inspections and proactively identify issues Maintain clear communication with ownership regarding property performance Assist in streamlining property operations and processes We are an Equal Opportunity Employer View all open jobs: #LI-Onsite
