What You Will Do Under general supervision, oversee the required day‑to‑day activities of the field technician team and plan monthly technician routes. Analyze team performance and recommend changes to ensure profitability, safety, and client satisfaction. Maintain customer satisfaction while balancing financial goals. Ensure safety compliance. How You Will Do It Supervise and provide leadership for assigned teams; ensure developmental plans are in place. Lead the execution efforts of the assigned business and maintain consistency of delivery systems. Monitor and supervise business plans. Coordinate the team’s work with sales to support all sales opportunities, including linkage to installation opportunities. Raise potential market opportunities to the appropriate branch or region resource for strategic direction. Ensure that serviced account portfolios achieve growth, proper profit levels, and customer satisfaction. Recommend and support staffing requirements for the assigned business. Serve as a communication channel to share standard process strategies and results, enabling the vision. Implement plans to comply with and monitor standards for HVAC operations. Audit the effectiveness of operations and make changes to improve performance. Ensure that contractual obligations are completed and customer satisfaction is achieved. Drive service and installation operational review meetings, reviewing bids and estimates for accuracy. Effectively apply branch workforce and management and deploy overall resources. Analyze operations processes and provide recommendations for improvements. Implement other managerial responsibilities such as performance reviews and acquisitions consistent with established business strategy. Recruit, hire and retain operational staff. Prepare and deliver clear performance expectations, performance reviews and development plans for direct reports in partnership with the appropriate matrix functional manager. Ensure a consistent level of coaching, which includes monthly one‑on‑one meetings, operational and financial reviews. Work with team leaders to ensure proper workforce and skill levels for the successful and profitable execution of the business. Perform duties related to customer satisfaction, deployment of pivotal initiatives to teams, development and maintenance of team business plans, and account management of service customers. Required Qualifications A minimum of five (5) years of progressive operational experience in HVAC services. Three (3) years of experience in a management role with responsibility for the productivity and development of others. Eight (8) years of experience in an operational HVAC role with leadership responsibilities. Six Sigma Green Belt. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent working experience. Johnson Controls Metasys experience. Six Sigma Green Belt. Salary Range $85,000 - 135,000. USD salary to be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Benefits Competitive salary.
