Integrated Planning Lead (IPL)-2

What You Will Do: Interface and coordinate with Program Leadership Team and other functional customers. Interface with Factory Production Control Leads and planners. Communicate schedule changes across multiple factories. Program Master Scheduler: exception message management, coordination, creation and entry of MSALT changes. Run and analyze Kinaxis simulations for strategic execution. Coordinate material for various test milestones. Help develop strategic mitigation plans (MRSP) with the Program and Material Program Managers. Drive MRP Health data integrity and maintain Planned Independent Requirements and Dependent Demand. Coordinate PRISM set‑up for transition to full‑rate production and manage Program Residual Compliance. Support DCMA and other scheduled audits, MOCAS/DD250 coordination, and Program Line of Balance. Maintain inventory and support engineering efforts for program laboratories. Provide process support and oversight for near‑term and mid‑term plans. Support customer‑oriented meetings and briefing material. This role may have direct reports. Qualifications You Must Have: Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering, operations or analytics, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of related experience. University degree or equivalent experience. U.S. citizenship required for security clearance. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance (Secret level). Experience in planning, controlling and directing activities and resources. Experience with complex systems and processes, and filtering and distilling relevant information from complex data sets into clear messages. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in material planning and/or procurement. Knowledge of ITAR rules and regulations. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems. Experience with government and depot‑type processes. Experience reading and evaluating lists of parts required for production work and using a production planning system. Benefits: Salary range: 107,500 USD – 204,500 USD.
