Job Overview Job OverviewA law firm seeks a highly motivated associate to join its Finance, Bankruptcy & Restructuring Practice Group on the Financial Services Team in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and experience with secured and unsecured credit facilities and loan transactions. Duties Document, negotiate, and close various credit facilities and loan transactions. Conduct due diligence for secured and unsecured loans. Manage large commercial and corporate lending transactions from inception to post-closing. Requirements 3-5 years of sophisticated finance experience. Experience in construction and real estate secured loans preferred. Experience with LIHTC or other tax-credit projects is desirable. Strong academic credentials and communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to exceptional client service. Preference for candidates in Colorado or Arizona. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in good standing. Skills Outstanding written and oral communication skills. Proven ability to manage complex transactions. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
