Compensation Base earnings start at $79,000 in the first year, with potential to reach $94,000 based on experience, training, and promotion. Responsibilities Monitor property using GDBA Command Center tools and technology. Screen visitors and vendors; control all access to protected sites. Coordinate and execute security plans and respond to medical emergencies. Provide physical protection and logistical support at clients' homes and during travel. Provide secure transportation as needed. Survey and prepare (advance) locations before client arrival. Prepare detailed documentation of suspicious activity. Create and maintain readiness to meet any threat. Qualifications Military, law enforcement, or executive protection/security experience is meaningful but not required. Desired traits include effective communication, physical fitness, willingness to learn, honesty, and teamwork. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Must reside within 40 miles of Washington, D.C., or be open to relocation for the role. This is a full‑time position. Hiring Process Requirements 12‑day Introductory Training Academy in San Antonio, TX. Pass a physical readiness test (pull‑ups, push‑ups, sit‑ups, 800m run). Must be able to swim. Must be drug‑ and nicotine‑free. Background check required. Must obtain appropriate state firearm and security licensing.
