Licensed Nail Technician

Provide senior therapeutic foot care, prioritizing lower extremity health and safety Follow Belle protocols to deliver hygienic services and minimize infection risk Conduct thorough foot assessments using Belle’s mobile application during each service Escalate clinical concerns and observations Build positive rapport with members and provide foot care education Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant member records and communicate with Belle’s administrative team Ensure punctuality through reliable attendance and proper automobile maintenance Participate in Belle-provided continuing educational opportunities Promote and assist with booking future member appointments Work within the scope of the Community Health Worker role Travel frequently each day within the local region Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Valid National-Interstate Council of State Boards of Cosmetology’s and/or state required Nail Technician Licensure (based on role location) May not be debarred or excluded from participation in Medicare, Medicaid, FEHBP or any other federal or state government programs Valid Driver’s License and adequate car insurance is required Able to maintain reliable transportation Basic mobile device skills Completing and passing required credential checks, including a background check and drug test Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, handle documents and phone/tablet, and reach with hands and arms for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 15 pounds on a regular basis Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in providing therapeutic foot care while adhering to hygiene protocols and maintaining HIPAA compliance. Proficient in conducting foot assessments using mobile applications and fostering positive relationships with clients.
