Your future role at a glance Location: Elk Grove Village, IL Facility: Ascension Alexian Brothers Schedule: Day shift | Full-time Salary range: $113,212.58 - $153,169.23 per year How you'll make an impact in this role Manage unit activities, workflow, nursing resources, staff hiring, training, evaluation, and overall administration, drawing on previous hospital and management experience. Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements while developing policies, procedures, and quality monitoring systems for efficient health services delivery. Identify and resolve patient care issues while actively monitoring and adhering to budget guidelines, expenditures, and purchases. Maintain a high level of associate, patient, and physician satisfaction through effective daily oversight and leadership. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience preferred.
