About the Role:

The Fitness Factory Group LLC is looking for an energetic and passionate Mat Pilates Instructor to join our team in New York, NY! This is your opportunity to inspire and motivate clients while building a rewarding career in one of the most dynamic fitness communities in the world.

Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging and effective mat Pilates classes for clients of varying skill levels
• Design and sequence class programming that aligns with Pilates principles and client goals
• Provide hands-on cueing, modifications, and corrections to ensure proper form and injury prevention
• Build strong client relationships and foster a welcoming, inclusive studio environment
• Track client progress and adapt instruction to meet individual needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized class space in accordance with studio standards
• Stay current with Pilates trends, techniques, and continuing education opportunities

Requirements:

• Certified Mat Pilates Instructor (PMA, STOTT, BASI, or equivalent certification preferred)
• CPR/AED certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
• Prior experience teaching group mat Pilates classes strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, movement principles, and injury modifications
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with a client-first mindset
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends
