We hand you pre-set, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners who already want to buy. Your only job? Show up and close the deal. We are a $600M+ industry powerhouse where 98% of our leaders started in this exact role.
The Perks:
- Massive Income: Uncapped 100% commission with top reps earning more than $250 K. Average first year reps earning $85K-$135K.
- Fast Weekly Pay: Average $2,500 per sale , paid before installation.
- Full W-2 Benefits: Get the unlimited upside of 100% commission, plus the security of a W-2 with full benefits. Full health, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, short-term and long-term disability options, paid family medical leave contributions state-mandated, and a 401(k)-retirement plan with company match.
The Role:
- Meet with the team in the morning to strategize.
- Drive to pre-booked afternoon/evening appointments.
- Use our digital software for in-home demos.
- Inspect from a ladder or attic ( no walking on roofs ).
Qualifications:
- No experience required—we provide elite, paid training .
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility for midday, evening, and weekend shifts.
- Ability to safely climb a ladder.
