Job Description

Support the Project Manager in planning and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
Assist in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and contracts.
Help identify and resolve project issues to prevent delays and additional costs.
Communicate project updates to the team and clients as required.
Support in evaluating and approving project modifications and changes.

The Successful Applicant

Educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in construction.
