Event CoordinatorEvent coordination & logistics: planning and execution of in-person events, including venue sourcing, catering, registration, and on-site requirementsVendor & stakeholder coordination: engagement with conference organizers, vendors and internal teams to manage event services and ensure on time deliveryAdministrative activities: expense management, shipping logistics, marketing support requests, utilization of tracking tools to maintain organized and efficient event operationsThe essential requirements of the job include:Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), with 2+ years of experience in event planning or marketingStrong organizational and troubleshooting skills with the ability to thrive independently in deadline driven environments while maintaining attention to detailExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal acumenAbility to independently manage priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentA demonstrated ability to take ownership and move to action with a proactive, solution oriented approachProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:Ability to travel up to 25% in Canada and United StatesMust have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordAbility to lift, move or carry equipment up to 40lbIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Project management platforms and collaborative digital workspace software (e.g., Trello, Microsoft Project, Miro, etc)B2B marketing campaign executionAnalysis and interpretation of performance data related to in-person events or marketing campaignsEEO Employer LanceSoft is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and an equal opportunity employer.
