Your Responsibilities

• Evaluate test results for precision, solve issues that may arise, and execute preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of laboratory procedures, train new staff or students, and help maintain the laboratory's quality standards.
• Uphold a clean, safe working environment and comply with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent accredited allied health degree, in preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtaining ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure with us.
