Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Responsibilities Administer medications to residents as directed by the nursing staff and follow established protocols Monitor and report any adverse reactions to medications Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Conduct daily vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident medications and treatments Utilize electronic medical records and medication management systems Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall resident experience Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Requirements Active & good standing Certified Medication Technician (CMT) licensure in Missouri.
