Luxury Customer Relations

Our client is seeking a polished, personable, and highly organized Customer Relations Specialist to join their luxury retail team in Beverly Hills. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional communication skills who is passionate about delivering elevated customer experiences and building lasting client relationships. As the primary point of contact across multiple communication channels, you will play a key role in ensuring every customer interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to exceptional service, professionalism, and attention to detail. What You’ll Do Manage incoming and outgoing customer communications across email, social media platforms, online review sites, and phone calls. Respond to customer inquiries, direct messages, comments, and online reviews with professionalism and a warm, service-oriented approach. Initiate post-visit communications to nurture client relationships, encourage engagement, and gather valuable feedback. Coordinate and schedule customer appointments through phone, email, and website inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience. Represent the brand through thoughtful, informative, and personalized communication across all touchpoints. Maintain accurate customer information and communication records within CRM systems. Collaborate closely with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure a consistent, elevated experience. Who You Are Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished, professional, and approachable tone. Experience managing multiple communication channels while effectively prioritizing inquiries. Proficiency with email, social media platforms, online review sites, and CRM software. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. A genuine passion for luxury customer service, relationship building, and creating memorable experiences. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with internal teams. Experience scheduling appointments and managing calendars effectively. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Qualifications Previous experience in luxury retail, customer relations, client services, hospitality, or a related field preferred. Strong customer service instincts and the ability to represent a premium brand with professionalism and discretion. Availability to work a full-time, 40-hour schedule, including rotating weekends.
