Accounting & Payroll Support Clerk

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable team member to provide support in basic accounting functions, payroll assistance, and general administrative tasks. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the payroll processes in a secure and organized manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Collect and organize credit card receipts from staff and departments
• Enter receipt data and other financial information into QuickBooks accurately and timely
• Assist with payroll-related tasks such as tracking timekeeping records and reviewing reports
• File and maintain accounting, benefits, and personnel documents in compliance with company policies
• Reconcile benefit invoices to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Provide general support to finance teams as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and employee information
• Other Duties as Assigned

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in accounting or business preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in a clerical, accounting, or administrative support role
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping and payroll processes
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills a must.

Work Schedule
• Full-time, Monday through Friday. Schedule may vary depending on operational needs.
