The Need
The company is looking to add a high-potential leader to complement an already strong internal team to support their recent growth.
They are specifically seeking someone who:
- Wants to grow into a leadership / executive -level role
- Brings both project execution excellence AND client-facing / BD capability
- Has the drive to develop and grow within the organization
Role Overview
- Lead projects cradle-to-grave (precon through closeout)
- Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
- Support and grow business development efforts
- Contribute to company growth strategy and long-term leadership
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5–10+ years of construction experience
- Strong background in: TI, Life sciences, Ad Tech and MEP
- Proven client-facing experience
- Desire to expand into business development/sales
- Self-starter with high accountability and internal motivation
