Customer Support Associate

Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic candidate who is an empathic communicator, active listener and natural problem-solver, with strong technical skills, who will become the backbone of an exceptional customer support experience. The Customer Support Associate will support our customers from their initial interaction with our company, through their installation experience, and years after our job is complete. As an ambassador of our brand, this role must love interacting with people and identifying solutions. Must communicate well with external audiences and internal employees to elevate the customers concerns and provide a first class installation experience. Must be detail oriented and able to communicate clearly via phone, email and messenger. Experience in the home remodeling field is not necessary. We will invest in teaching you everything that you need to know about our products, services and business, so that you can provide exceptional customer support. Core Competencies The ability to work Monday through Friday, and flexibility to work some weekends Employees in this role are generally eligible to pursue opportunities outside of the Customer Support division after completing two years within Customer Support, subject to business needs and Company discretion The ability work a hybrid schedule (in office and remote) Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Self motivation and discipline An ambitious and competitive nature Computer savvy competence Maintain a high rating for calls graded on quality. Must be adaptable to grow with new technologies and evolving communication methods Meet performance and productivity metrics to deliver high-quality customer support. Ability to maintain cooperative relationships with all types of personalities. Exceptional patience and active listening skills
