SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and systems-oriented Operations Manager to serve as the organizational backbone across campus logistics, staffing coordination, payroll governance and process infrastructure. This role is ideal for a strategic operator who thrives in dynamic creative environments, can balance tactical execution with big-picture planning and elevates operational reliability while supporting mission-aligned growth.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitate operational alignment between ARRAY’s key verticals — Releasing, Filmworks, Alliance, Creative Campus, Public Programming, Education — ensuring shared calendars, budget transparency and coordinated deadlines. Monitor systems for communication and accountability across departments. Manage weekly payroll operations, audit employee entries and ensure accuracy and compliance with labor standards. Support onboarding and ongoing workflow expectations for all team members. Oversee operational functions for ARRAY Creative Campus (including scheduling, vendor relations, visitor logistics, facilities coordination, rental operations and administrative workflows). Prepare clear, concise operational summaries for leadership decision-making. 5 years of experience driving operations in a creative, project-based environment. Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable. Ability to translate mission into operational discipline without dampening creative energy.ORGANIZATIONAL MISSION:
