Executive Director of Operations Location: 1115 N Westover Blvd Albany, Ga Reports To: CEO Company: Bridgeway Credit Union Lead. Structure. Transform. This is not just an operations role, it’s a mission‑critical leadership position responsible for building structure, driving performance, and shaping the future of our member experience. What You’ll Do As our Executive Director of Operations, you will own operational excellence across all branches, ensuring consistency, compliance, and an exceptional member experience. You will bring strong leadership, clear direction, and structured execution to every aspect of operations. Strategic Leadership Partner with the CEO and leadership team to define and execute short- and long‑term operational strategies Translate vision into clear goals, measurable outcomes, and actionable plans Drive loan growth, sales performance, and operational efficiency across all branches Operational Excellence & Structure Establish and enforce consistent policies, procedures, and workflows Lead monthly and quarterly audits, performance tracking, and reporting Maintain high standards of compliance, safety, and security across all locations Ensure branches operate with precision, accountability, and efficiency People Leadership & Accountability Recruit, develop, and lead high‑performing Operations and Branch Directors Set clear expectations and hold leaders accountable for results Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management Build a culture rooted in discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement Member Experience & Service Excellence Champion a consistent, high‑quality member experience Resolve complex and escalated member issues with confidence and professionalism Ensure teams proactively identify member needs and deliver the right solutions Model and reinforce our core values in every interaction What You Bring We’re looking for a structured thinker, confident decision‑maker, and strong leader who thrives in a fast‑paced financial environment.
