Job Description

A top rated boutique law firm is looking to identify a Litigation Paralegal! Hybrid, fully paid benefits and a bonus option!!

-2 plus years of experience

-Insurance defense experience preferred but not required

• Drafting tenders of defense and notices of claim;
• Communicating with clients, insurance carriers, and experts;
• Drafting subpoenas;
• Assisting attorneys with deposition exhibits;
• Trial preparation, including drafting exhibit lists and witness lists, and other trial support;
