Sales Administrative Assistant

As Sales Administrative Assistant, you are an ambassador of Motif Sign Group, serving as a support and liaison across all departments of the company and must be able to clearly articulate Motif’s value, objectives and solutions internally and externally. Responsible for supporting Motif’s sales efforts, you work directly with current and potential customers, while also enabling the sales team to focus on maintaining and deepening relationship with current and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with current and potential customers to gather all required information, ensuring orders are placed while meeting the customers’ specific needs.
• Utilize Motif’s internal systems to manage and organize the sales team’s customer accounts and ensure data integrity measurements are met.
• Create purchase orders from sales department to reproduction.
• Respond to customer in a timely manner.
• Research into jurisdictional permitting of signs and sign code.
• Apply for permits and other permissions as may be required.
• Assist in zoning presentations to municipalities.
• Develop and follow through on product and service leads.
• Generate work orders and proposals for product and service leads.
• Provide support for sales and trade show presentations.
• Answer and facilitate phone calls.
• Provide excellent customer (internal/external) service, follow-up, and feedback.
• Perform other work as maybe assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Multi-task
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
