About the Role

This is a full-time on-site role for a Assistant Manager at Panda Restaurant Group located in La Crosse - Onalaska, WI. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing a team, hiring and training staff, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for effective communication with customers and staff.

Qualifications

High school diploma

Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Business, or related field is a plus

Experience in hiring and training staff

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of food and beverage operations

Experience in the restaurant industry

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work well in a team
