Bank Compliance Analyst

Supporting the technical operation and development of compliance programs, the full-time remote Bank Compliance Technology Analyst will manage transaction-monitoring rules, customer risk-rating capabilities, and compliance controls while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance technology is reliable and audit-ready. Key responsibilities Support the technical design and operation of BSA/AML and compliance programs Build and maintain compliance controls, including transaction-monitoring rules and EDD workflows Analyze alerts and control results to identify gaps and recommend improvements Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in compliance technology, BSA/AML, or related functions Understanding of transaction monitoring, customer risk rating, and compliance-control frameworks Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical technical solutions Experience with workflow tools, case-management platforms, and data queries Strong analytical skills and experience evaluating data trends
