Job Title: HR GeneralistJob Type: Full-timeReports to: VP of Human ResourcesLocation: 95 W 100 S Logan, UTJob SummaryThe HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, with a primary focus on recruitment. This position leads the recruiting process from job description through offer, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers, while developing and maintaining consistent, compliant hiring processes for internal and external candidates. Other generalist duties may be assigned as needed.We're a locally owned property management company bringing excellence to multifamily communities across the region. If you're someone who takes pride in your work, leads with kindness, and wants to help build strong, supported teams who make those communities possible, we'd love for you to join us.Duties & ResponsibilitiesWrite and maintain accurate, up-to-date job descriptions for open positionsPost open roles and manage requisitions through the applicant tracking system (ATS)Source and screen candidates through the ATS and other recruiting channelsPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirementsCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managersGuide candidates through the interview process and communicate updates in a timely mannerExtend offers and manage the offer process in coordination with hiring managersDevelop and maintain consistent, compliant hiring processes for internal and external candidatesAssist with benefits administrationCreate and maintain employee folders, ensuring documents are organized and up to dateAct as a back-up for onboarding responsibilities as neededHelp build structured training systems and documentationRequired SkillsAbility to partner effectively with hiring managers across departmentsStrong organizational and coordination skills, particularly for scheduling and managing multiple open roles at onceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionUnderstanding of employment law and HR compliance best practicesComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesStrong interpersonal skillsPreferred SkillsStrong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment practices (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management)Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS)Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)1+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, recruiting, or similar role preferredSpanish speaking is a plusExperience with Paycom or similar HRIS/ATS platforms preferredHR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar) a plus* This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-encompassing and may be subject to change to meet the evolving needs of the organization.If this excites you, and you are committed to upholding our core values, we’d love to hear from you!
