La Familia in San Leandro, CA is seeking a Certified Peer Support Specialist to work in the Peer Respite program. This 6-bed short-term home supports adults reentering the community and focuses on mental health recovery and independence. You will provide housing care, one-on-one coaching, link residents to services, document progress, and participate in weekly meetings.
