Machine Operator (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift) $23-26/hrKey Responsibilities

• Set up, clean, operate, and monitor production machinery.
• Perform quality inspections and verify products meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Handle, mix, and manage chemicals according to safety procedures.
• Record production, inspection, and traceability data.
• Measure work-in-process and finished goods for inventory accuracy.
• Identify defects and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle hazardous waste according to established procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of machine operation or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience performing quality inspections.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and safety guidelines.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minnetonka, MN.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
