Job Title : Machine Operator

Duration : 8+ Months

Location: Minnetonka, MN

Pay Rate : $20/hr on w2 without benefits

Description:

ou’ll be responsible for the last step of our depth filter manufacturing process before the filters are ready for our customers in a variety of industries, including reverse osmosis pretreatment, beverage processing, and healthcare applications. You will work together with a team and rotate through tasks such as operating and troubleshooting equipment, moving goods, preparing for changeovers, and monitoring automated production.
Responsibilities:
• Safety is key! Observe all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) rules, including Lock-out/Tag- out, Life-Saving Rules, housekeeping practices, etc.
• Proactively communicate and address safety concerns • Participate in EHS meetings, investigations, and audits • Work and cooperate well on a team to ensure team objectives are met • Set-up, operate, and clean production equipment following prescribed manufacturing processes • Move raw materials and finished products to proper locations. Enter production data into database, forms, logs, and SAP accurately, clearly, and completely • When problems arise, perform basic troubleshooting to identify and correct root cause and minimize scrap
