What you'll do: Follow all company established methods, policies, rules, practices, and procedures to ensure employee safety, product quality, and efficient operations. Assist with line start-up and shutdown according to procedures. Assist with set-up styles, including necessary adjustments, by use of set-up sheets/guidelines. Develop, monitor, and maintain input reports; check quality at the start of the shift and ensure quality of product throughout the shift. Maintain a clean line, adhere to all plant safety, quality, and attendance policies. Maintain communication as necessary with shift supervisor and lead operator to ensure acceptable quality, efficiencies, and material utilization. Demonstrate team building and dedication. Follow detailed procedures to operate moving machinery.

Experience/skills: Manufacturing experience required. Regular, punctual attendance required. Basic computer skills required – must be able to use computer for data collection. Basic mechanical skills preferred. Forklift experience helpful. Basic mathematical skills. Read and comprehend English. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Ability to bend, squat, twist, push, pull, & reach above shoulder height. Ability to work both independently and within a team environment. Effective communication skills. All applicants must pass a pre-employment physical, background check and drug screen.

8 hour schedules: 1st shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm. 2nd shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm. 3rd shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am. 12 hour schedules: Day shift 7:00am - 7:00pm. Night shift 7:00pm - 7:00am. Work only 15 days a month (not including overtime)! Our employees on this schedule enjoy the benefits of a full-time position and an outstanding work/life balance! Week #1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday (48 hours). Week #2 - Sunday, Wednesday & Thursday (36 hours).
