Machine Operator / Assembler

Job TitleLocation: Minnetonka, MN / Plymouth, MNResponsibilities:Assemble small and delicate medical device components.Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Perform repetitive assembly tasks with a high level of accuracy.Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.Maintain accurate production documentation.Work safely and maintain a clean work area.Meet daily production and quality goals.Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or related experience is preferred but not required.Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail.Ability to work with small components.Comfortable performing repetitive tasks.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Reliable attendance and punctuality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical Requirements (Due to the nature of the job):Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.Frequent use of hands and fingers for detailed assembly work.Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.Good vision for detailed work; microscope work may be required depending on the assigned workstation.
