Birthday Party AssistantsSnapology is hiring birthday party assistants to help deliver unforgettable, high-energy LEGO®-themed parties for kids and families. If you're outgoing, reliable, and great with kids, this is your chance to be part of the moments families remember most. You'll help create a fun, engaging, and smooth party experience from start to finish.What you'll do:Help set up and reset the party spaceSupport hands-on LEGO® building activitiesKeep kids engaged, excited, and on track during the partyAssist the lead instructor with games, transitions, and flowInteract with parents and guests in a friendly, professional wayHelp keep the space clean, organized, and running smoothlyYou're not just helping—you're setting the tone. If you bring the energy, the whole party feels it.What we're looking for:Comfortable working with kids and keeping their attentionExperience with kids (babysitting, camps, coaching, etc.) is a big plusPositive, dependable, and ready to jump in where neededTeam player who takes direction wellAble to stay upbeat in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic (but fun!) environmentNo teaching experience needed—just great energy, strong people skills, and a willingness to make kids' days awesome.Schedule:Primarily weekends (with some weekday opportunities)Part-time, event-based hoursIf you love high-energy environments, enjoy working with kids, and want to be part of something genuinely fun… this is your kind of job.
