We are seeking a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for accepting tow requests from several major body shop chains, coordinating with vehicle owners, scheduling pick ups and dispatching drivers.. This work will be performed both over the phone and through towing management software.
Responsibilities:- Answering phones
- Calling customers to schedule pick ups
- Coordinating with shops for vehicle pick ups and drop offs
- Dispatching drivers to ensure timely efficient pick ups.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
We tow for several major body shop chains in 7 major markets throughout 4 states. No police towing or overnight work.
