2 BILINGUAL FRONT DESK RECEPTIONISTS NEEDED - you MUST be able to speak fluent English and Spanish.

Suarez Physical Therapy is a dynamic physical therapy practice looking to hire an experienced Front Desk Receptionist with insurance authorization experience. The perfect candidate will be professional, ethical, meticulous, self-directed, a team player and efficient.

We bring all of our experience to bear in caring for our patients, whether at the front reception desk or in clinical delivery. When a client comes to us, they experience care in ways that make them part of our family. Your shift will be:

Monday-Thursday 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM at our Cimarron Office

Monday-Friday 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM at our Lake Mead Office

What we need from you:

• You need to be a quick learner. We will train you, but your ability to take EXCELLENT notes , and ability to multi-task and process a lot of information will make you successful on this team.
• Your excellent computer skills , attention to detail, scheduling accuracy, organization, and math skills are essential.
• Understanding of medical insurance, insurance carriers and insurance verification helps!
• Your previous experience in a physical therapy front office setting is beneficial. PT offices are different. Patients come in 2-3 times per week. You will help them keep on track with their visits.
• We service many Spanish -speaking patients, and the right candidate MUST BE FLUENT IN in Spanish AND English .
• You must be polished and professional in appearance and communication skills.
• Salary depends on experience.
• Accrued PTO and three paid holidays (after 90 days)
