This is not a traditional Chief of Staff role.
We are seeking an exceptional business athlete who thrives in ambiguity, executes with precision, and has the intellectual horsepower to serve as a trusted partner to the CEO.
This role sits at the center of the organization, connecting strategy, execution, communication, and accountability. You will operate as an extension of the CEO—helping translate vision into action, ensuring priorities move forward, and driving alignment across the leadership team.
You will have a front-row seat to the most important decisions, challenges, opportunities, and initiatives facing the company.
The right person is equally comfortable challenging assumptions in the boardroom, driving execution across departments, solving complex business problems, and rolling up their sleeves to get things done.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a strategic thought partner and trusted advisor to the CEO
- Drive execution of the company's highest-priority initiatives
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects that impact growth, profitability, and organizational performance
- Ensure leadership team alignment around priorities, goals, and accountability
- Anticipate challenges, identify risks, and recommend solutions before issues escalate
- Conduct research, analysis, and preparation for critical business decisions
- Facilitate executive meetings and ensure follow-through on key decisions and commitments
- Act as a force multiplier for the CEO and leadership team
