Concession Worker (Trabajador aConcesión)
Este puesto combina la interacción del servicio al Huésped, elmanejo de efectivo y algunas habilidades culinarias básicas de CocineroPreparador y Servidor de Comidas. La capacidad de trabajar en unambiente de ritmo rápido es imprescindible. Desempeñar lasresponsabilidades de acuerdo con todos los estándares, políticas yprocedimientos de la Compañía.
Calificaciones:
- Experiencia de servicio al cliente.
- Debe administrar el tiempode manera efectiva con una supervisión mínima.
- Capacidad para demostrarun buen juicio y una toma de decisiones madura.
- Debe poder obtener lastarjetas de trabajo requeridas para la jurisdicción en la que seencuentra la propiedad.
- Incluyendo, pero sin limitación a, la tarjeta detrabajo para Juegos, la Tarjeta de Salud del Condado de Clark y laTarjeta de Concientización sobre el Alcohol.
- Cumplir con todas laspolíticas y procedimientos de la Compañía y del departamento.
- Debe podermanejar transacciones en efectivo y operar una terminal de punto deventa.
- Debe poder aprender y cumplir con todos los requisitos demanipulación de alimentos de la Junta de Salud.
- Con una formaciónmínima, podrá realizar funciones básicas de preparación de alimentos enun entorno de comida rápida.
- Debe poseer buenas habilidades matemáticasbásicas.
- Deberá seguir todos los estándares de productos de alimentos ybebidas especificados, incluidas las especificaciones de recetas,porciones y platos.
