Attorney - Workers Compensation

Overview Firm specializing in General Insurance Defense is in search of an Attorney to join the firm and practice in our Workers Compensation Department. The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years plus of experience as a practicing Attorney. Experience in Workers Compensation and/or Insurance Defense is helpful. This firm has practice areas that include General Insurance Defense including Bodily Injury cases, Construction Defect and Workers’ Compensation, as well as other areas of law. Responsibilities Practice in the Workers’ Compensation Department of the firm. Provide competent legal services with strong writing and communication skills. Be detail oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team. Qualifications 2-5 years plus of experience as a practicing Attorney. Experience in Workers Compensation and/or Insurance Defense is helpful.
