Assess, plan, implement, and document patient care, ensuring thorough charting and timely communication of patient status. Administer medications, monitor responses, and manage IV therapy and related equipment. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and ancillary staff to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes. Supervise and direct activities of levels of nursing staff; provide guidance and supervision as needed to support patient flow and safety. Maintain infection control practices, ensure patient safety, and support transitions of care across disciplines.
