Job Description About the Role: Join AUCTUS ELECTRO ASSEMBLY LLC as a Production Cable Assembler and play a vital role in creating high-quality electronic assemblies. You'll be part of a dynamic team in Rolling Meadows, IL, dedicated to precision and excellence in manufacturing. Responsibilities: Assemble and test cable and wire harness products according to specifications. Interpret and follow detailed assembly instructions and engineering drawings. Utilize hand tools and machinery to complete assembly tasks efficiently. Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Document production activities and report any issues to supervisors. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during operations. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus. Previous experience in cable assembly or electronics manufacturing preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. Familiarity with hand tools and assembly equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes. Basic understanding of electrical components and wiring is advantageous.
