Legal Recruiting Coordinator Department: Human Resources Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid Remote) Schedule: 9AM-5:30PM, Monday through Friday Base Pay Range: $90,000.00–$110,000.00 per year Jones Networking is recruiting for a Legal Recruiting Coordinator to join a Washington, DC-based Law Firm. Position Summary Provide administrative support to the Recruiting Department of a large Law Firm and manage various recruiting initiatives. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Recruiting Department. Assist with organization and implementation of the Summer Associate Program, including tracking pre‑arrival information, drafting arrival notices, scheduling orientation sessions, exit interviews, social events, and training programs. Assist with all aspects of the on‑campus interview process: registering for programs, resume collection, job fairs, maintaining files, and scheduling interviews. Prepare summaries of lateral associate and judicial clerk profiles for Partner review. Monitor and update applicant information in the recruiting database. Maintain legal recruiting database and candidate files. Prepare weekly reports for Partners summarizing the current candidate pipeline and recruiting efforts. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required. Minimum 3 years recruiting experience required. Experience with HRIS databases. Ability to exercise a high level of confidentiality and discretion. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to balance competing priorities and meet multiple deadlines efficiently. A self‑starter who accepts responsibility and takes initiative.
